The video platform, your content and every user account sit in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. Your employees' data stays on servers in Germany and is covered by the GDPR in full.
The optional AI trainer runs on Google computing power, in EU data centres only. Every request is processed inside the EU, nowhere else. The matching data processing agreement is yours whenever you need it.
Add the AI, or leave it out entirely. Leave it out, and everything runs through the Frankfurt data centre and nothing else. The video course and the coursebook work perfectly well on their own.

Your employees sign in with a code, nothing more. You never send us lists of names. Learning progress is processed in Frankfurt under the GDPR and stays with the employee it belongs to.
Every connection runs over encrypted HTTPS, in the app and in the browser alike.
